Computer
Diagnostics
Modern vehicles have dozens of computer modules controlling everything from engine management to stability control. When something goes wrong, the onboard computer stores diagnostic codes — but those codes are just clues, not answers.
We use dealer-level diagnostic scanners that can access every module in your vehicle. We read live data, monitor sensor outputs in real time, and compare them against manufacturer specifications to pinpoint the actual failure. This is the difference between replacing parts until something works and fixing the real problem the first time.
A $30 code reader from the auto parts store gives you a code. Our diagnostic process gives you an answer. There's a big difference.
What's Included
- All-module OBD-II diagnostic scan
- Live data stream monitoring
- Freeze frame data analysis
- Sensor and actuator testing
- Wiring and connector inspection
- Module communication verification
- Written diagnostic report
- Repair recommendation with estimate
Our Process
Full System Scan
We scan every module in the vehicle — engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, body control, HVAC, and more. Some problems set codes in unexpected modules.
Live Data Analysis
We monitor sensor data in real time and compare readings to specifications. A sensor can produce wrong data without setting a code.
Component Verification
Suspect components are tested individually with proper equipment. We confirm the failure before recommending replacement.
Clear & Report
Codes are cleared, the vehicle is test driven, and we provide a written report of all findings and recommendations.
Warning Signs
to Watch For
Your vehicle's computer is telling you something. These signs mean it's time for professional diagnostics:
- Any dashboard warning light — check engine, ABS, airbag, TPMS
- Multiple warning lights on simultaneously
- Vehicle in "limp mode" with reduced performance
- Intermittent electrical problems
- Unusual behavior from any electronic system
- Failed emissions test or state inspection
